Sweets are made like science, with the effects of ingredients delicately overlapping. If one ingredient doesn't suit the taste, it will fall apart and not work properly. When I tried changing to a different ingredient, I felt something was missing, so I thought about the tongue's function in perceiving richness, and made many prototypes and tasted them. BEYOND SWEETS is a combination of pastry chef techniques, macrobiotics, alternative diets, and various other techniques. And first of all, I wanted to make something that I, a former pastry chef and lover of sweets, could agree was delicious, rather than just a "healthy taste." I hope you will enjoy our "body-friendly sweets" that don't compromise on taste or appearance.

You can defrost and enjoy the sweets you want, whenever you want.

Why quick freeze?

So that you can enjoy the delicious taste of freshly made food at home anytime
All of BEYOND SWEETS' sweets are flash frozen.
By using quick freezing, we can prevent large ice crystals from forming inside the food during freezing.
As a result, deterioration of food ingredients can be kept to a minimum.
It also prevents the food from drying out, so it stays fresh for a long time.

How to eat (how to defrost)

Please thaw in the refrigerator (below 10°C) for 12 hours before eating.
